1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
10 slices Italian bread or Texas toast
2 TBSP butter
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise till smooth. Stir in shredded cheeses and seasonings. Spread the mixture on five slices of the bread. Butter the outsides of the sandwiches and cook on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
