Pear Pie

Pastry for 1-crust pie
5 fresh pears, peeled and sliced
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
Crumb Topping:
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Place the pears over the pie crust. Combine the next four ingredients and pour over pears. Cut the butter into the flour, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the entire pie. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. Cool.
